1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the aekios.com website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AEKIOS provides custom software development services, technology consulting, and system integrations. Specific services, timelines, and prices are agreed in writing in each individual contract.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property upon full payment of the project. AEKIOS retains the right to use frameworks, libraries, and open-source components included in the deliverables.
4. Payments
Payment terms are established in the project contract. Typically: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Payment delays may result in suspension of work.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. At the client's request, a formal NDA can be signed before discussions begin.
6. Limitation of Liability
AEKIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
8. Changes
AEKIOS reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
